I just hit the McDonalds drive thru in Rogersville. I ordered a "southern style chicken biscuit and 2 hash browns". She responded with "was that a large sweet tea and 2 sausage biscuits?" I think they need to fix their microphone. Hmmmm...maybe that was funnier if you were there.
Now you have a smidgen of an idea of what it's like to live in northwest Washington state! We celebrate when it's a sunny day and are grateful daily that we aren't living off Lake Michigan anymore, averaging 200 inches a winter!
ReplyDeleteIt was great to talk to Krista tonight. Pete and the girls and I miss having you guys around, especially at Christmastime, but it sounds like you survived and had a busy time without us! :)
We'll need to come up to Seattle to visit!
