I especially was drawn to the fact that although the NT lacks many examples of meditation, 2 of the 3 you gave pertained to letting go of worries and concerns for tomorrow and our personal well being. Since i can focus on that to an unhealthy extreme, i believe I have found the first thing i'll be "considering" and meditating on.
